Co-sponsored by: NHCC Nashua Student Branch Chapter In 1968 the Soviet Union sub K129 sunk in the Pacific Ocean, a few months later the USS Scorpion sunk in the Atlantic - in November RM Nixon was elected -- and in his term he established relationships with China and signed the first nuclear arms limitation agreement with the Soviet Union (SALT1) -- are these events related in some way?
